Living on the Isle of Mull off the west of Scotland with my wife and photographic partner Helen, I have many years of traditional and digital photography experience. My interest in photography started in the early seventies with the surprise gift of a totally manual Zenit B camera. This was a robust Russian built camera that provided a fascinating insight into photographic understanding. From that moment on I was inspired and photography has been an important part of my life ever since.
As a creative commercial, stock and wedding photographer my mission is to create images that distil reality into a personal vision. I offer a professional photography service with a creative, flexible and friendly approach to your image requirements. I will endeavour to meet your project demands. My customers are very important and I will always go that bit further to provide the images you want.
Over the years I have successfully completed photography commissions for many clients including Forestry Commission (Scotland), Tartan Silk, Mentorn Media, Royal Mail and Visit Scotland.
I am a member of the Royal Photographic Society, a member of the Canon Professional Network (CPN) and an experienced Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom user committed to embracing the progress of the latest digital photography technology.
